Family Literacy Day

Children are made readers

Saskatchewan Literacy Network and the Southwest Literacy Committee presents: "Welcome to the Cypher" Family Literacy Day Livestream Reading Invitation.

Welcome to Cypher

You’re invited! Free online reading of a Saskatchewan book - January 26, 2024 at 10:30am (CST) and/or January 27, 2024 at 10:30am (CST)

To celebrate Family Literacy Day in Saskatchewan, our province is hosting a free online reading and live question-and-answer time with Saskatchewan author Khodi Dill and his book "Welcome to the Cypher" (illustrated by Awuradwoa Affulpublished by Annick Press) on January 26, and another special event for families of all ages with Khodi (and perhaps some special guests!) on January 27.

Sign up for this reading to hear the book from the author, learn more about the cypher and why he wrote this book. People of all ages can be part of sharing who they are through this joyful exploration of self-expression.

Every sign up will be entered into a draw for a free copy of the book, too!

Families, classrooms, groups: please register here for a chance to win! www.surveymonkey.com/r/FLD-Cypher
